1) It is mandatory to create an UNBOXING VIDEO without pause.
2) The unboxing video must show the order shipping label, outer packing, and complete product components.
3) It is advised to check the conformity of the product type and color of the received item with the order. If not suitable, it is strictly forbidden to assemble the product and immediately chat with us by attaching the unboxing video.
4) If the received product is damaged and/or has missing components, please immediately chat with us by attaching the unboxing video and checking the product.
5) Complaints and returns after giving a review/star/rating cannot be processed.
6) Assembled items CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
7) Only accepts complaints a maximum of H+5 days from the time the item is received.

Packing and Assembly
- Product packing is made as minimal as possible to reduce potential damage during shipping and some couriers have maximum dimension limits, so the items are still in flatpack condition or not yet assembled.
- The installation / assembly instruction book is already inside the product packing.
